Earlier this year, the Northern California Book Publicity & Marketing Association (NCBPMA) volunteer board voted to change our name to the Book Promotion Forum (BPF). With a new name comes the opportunity to further reinvent our organization with a new logo, and thanks to 99 Designs and our logo committee (led by BPF board member Nick Sanchez), we are proud to show it off.
When we reviewed our logo options, we wanted something fresh yet vibrant that communicated who we are as an organization today: a group that gets together to learn about and discuss important topics that have influenced the way books reach readers. Paying homage to our NCBPMA roots, we folded the orange from our previous logo into the new one, too.
