We’re delighted to share—along with our new name, new programs, and new members—a new logo, as you can see above. Book Promotion Forum (previously Northern California Book Publicity & Marketing Association) invites you to come join your fellow Bay Area book publishing professionals and support our all-volunteer-organized events.

Some recent programs we’ve had included panels with radio producers from KQED and West Coast Live, Bay Area book bloggers, the importance of metadata and transmedia storytelling, and lunch recaps of the Digital Book World Conference. The Book Promotion Forum offers a variety of opportunities to help you stay on top of the changing world of book publishing, network with others in the industry, rub elbows with local media, and learn something new at our educational programs.

Your membership helps us continue to offer another year of great programs and networking opportunities, and this year, you can look forward to:

Renewal and Sign-up is just a 2-Step Process:

  • Networking with other publishing pros and media: BPF is the perfect place to connect with publishing professionals, authors, editors, and local media. Sometimes meeting someone in person can make all the difference in getting a response to your email pitch.
